Dear Caro,

Thank you for taking the time to explain why you feel so strongly against the ‘R’; my aim is to get opinions and feedback from as many Veterinary Nurses as I can.

I would like to be as well informed as I can be, with a view to aiding in the engagement of Veterinary Nurses and the council, should I be elected.

l have stated this many times over the years nothing new l am sure you will find my emails and things over the years filed in B for Bin

l don't trust the rcvs or the like it or not l perceive them vn council as their lackeys

l just dont trust them they are politicians and l dont like or trust politicians

they [vets] can vote and stand against us but we can not vote or stand on their council instead given a few crumbs from their dinner plate called oh wow vn council

In a nutshell l didnt want the r as l d not trust them if l could trust someone independent with no influence from rcvs then fine probably happy for the r.

. Jill Nute was the only one l had some time for bless her l think she gave me up as a lost cause after the meet the rcvs day down at the dump in london. I will say though they do supply nice food... even if they did lie to us but hey what a shock lied to by politicians l suppose to be fair it could have changed as soon as Jill left but 2 major things?

Although Jill and co did try last time was a couple of months before Brian passed but now l dont care enough to bother why should l they dont care enough to call it RVN council or even on their website call us RVN and as you may notice l never ever use the r no reason to that lot don't.

Don't know how old you are didn't listen or watch and you have no bio here to look at had a 2 second look at your other links it didn't say as to your to the video do not care enough l didn't sign the petition for the whatever it was to register the title l actually am past caring l gave up with your world when the person l loved passed and l realised just how little l wanted anything to do with your world. l have since married (l have a bio on the site go read it if you want it isnt updated much but enough to work it out if you wanted to and l am polyanderous don't blame you if you don't read it as l dont care for your world just letting you know who l am is there.

l go into work l work l go home l deal with my own scars l walk my own path good luck with whatever path you choose

Thanks for reading and responding to my post. There seems to be a common theme between the first two responses concerning the previous list and current register.

It is something I would be very interested in hearing more about why you feel the way you do. Could you maybe explain it more to me - either in reply her or a private message if you would be happier that way.

Thank you for joining us Wendy and making an appearance - most of them don't bother and then wonder why nobody bothers with them.

For me there needs to be some serious bridge building taking place before I could ever trust VN Council again - the Listed nurses were crapped on from a height by previous incarnations of the VNC and that is not something I will ever forget in a hurry.

I would like to think there are some good people out there running for council but I need to be convinced - and it is the candidate that does that who will get my vote - off to read manifesto statements now.

My paperwork is in the dustbin felt it couldnt apply to me l was forced to stick an r in and be something l did not want and the people that forced me still wont use it for offical paperwork committes etc if they called it rvn and used rvn when dealing with the rvn l may be a bit more interested who knows l may assume as it has an r it may apply to me...... at least they would be putting their money where their mouths are instead of being hypocrites
