Currently working for the NHS in radiology. Gained a FdSc in Heakth & Social Care. Now undertaking Post Grad. Diploma in Nuclear Medicine qualifying me as a clinical technologist. Objecting patient with radio pharmaceuticals and associated imaging.

I think the range for assessors generally seems to be between £16000 and £22000 from the adverts that I have seen online. We employ non qualified staff as long as they have worked in practice for a year so thats why there is such a range.

If you don't mind me asking, what's the pay scale for this (just roughly, I don't need the details ofc!)? I deal with so much insurance at my practice that I might as well do it full time at this point :P

I've gone back to uni to study Wildlife Conservation with a view to possibly do further studies and go into research/teaching.

My mum, also an RVN, lectures in vet nursing now

I'm also wondering this & thinking of doing something out of practice so having a look to see what is out there, does anyone have any idea on what the pay scale is for pet claim assessors?
