&lt;p&gt;Sensibly and sensitively discussing and dealing with any barriers raised so that the matter can be moved forwards by&amp;nbsp;seeking and supporting relevant and affordable underpinning training resource(s) availability; this to support both VS and VN to achieve the results&amp;nbsp;jointly desired.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/p&gt;
