Orpet and Welsh Handbook f veterinary nursing discusses the ability model and Veterinary Nurse Journal has articles on this. Also try human nursing books for some background as that is where they originate. I have loads of stuff on this as used to teach it to my students in my capacity as a human nurse. I also have veterinary articles and templates. If I still have them I can send them to you.</p><div style="clear:both;"></div>
