we get 20 mins per 6 hrs, then 8 hours you get 1 hr unpaid.

[/quote]It comes down to whether your contract states that you're hour lunch is paid or unpaid. Most lunches, even those who only get the legal 20min breaks are usually unpaid. There is a whole heap of information about what you are legally entitled to on the .gov.org website.

legally you only have to have 20 minutes
