I've worked in a place like this, I was really sad to leave, the practice was in Hertfordshire and they offered me a job on my last day and if it was nearer my home I'd have jumped at the chance but it was too far. I loved it, still in touch with the girls there

I have just finished four months locumming at a pracise. Loved most of it...would love to have stayed. The staff were great.

Aye and it means you were appreciated unlike the place I worked for 14 yrs- what did I get from the bosses- a big fat zero, they didnt even say goodbye.

I had a couple of practices very much like this when I locumed and I miss the people I worked with in them, even though I have a lovely permanent job now where I am really happy. It does make it all worthwhile though
