I think there is an anonymous account that can be used for any personal problems etc...

The profiles on here can be as private or as public as you want....you don't need to put any info on there at all, if you are meaning if anyone can see your activity you can go to your profile, edit profile and advanced options and you can deselect the ticks next to the activities.

I have just been on your profile and I can't tell who you are etc etc so I think this is as private as you can get really
