&lt;p&gt;I alwas do my research on the practice, look at their website/Facebook etc. Find out if they specialise in anything too.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;I always try and follow one of their questions within one of my own. I brag myself up without being cocky and if they ask for any negatives, I turn it into a positive, for example That I&amp;#39;m a perfectionist.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;I&amp;#39;ve got every job I&amp;#39;ve ever interviewed for so works for me. The last two I got over experienced RVNs and I&amp;#39;m an ANA&amp;nbsp;&lt;img src="/emoticons/new/Very_happy_smiley.png" alt="Big Smile" /&gt;&lt;/p&gt;&lt;div style="clear:both;"&gt;&lt;/div&gt;</description></item></channel></rss>
