Glad it wasn't just me! I did it twice as I thought I was just being silly but I couldn't get it fully along the cover slip! Oh well.

i sure hope so, but by the seems of it I think I've done worse than the first time cause I was so excited about passing this time and i got in there and just fell to bits! waaah!

i was at hartpury on the Sunday 9am, what about you? I wish you good luck! It's awful isn't it! X

I felt the same about the urine, really really gritty!! Where did you sit yours? You'll have done better than you think :) I was resitting mine too x

seriously upset now. The simplest OSCE the one with sterilising a drape, naturally at work I'd put my name and date on there, I'd not even think about it. But for some strange reason, I forgot and only out on the 1x medium drop. Arggggg immediate fail. beating myself up :( first time I failed I failed by one which was recolours of me cause I rushed. This time I'm gonna fail more I can tell. It's just soul destroying :(

Ah bless you, it gets expensive and it's so much effort after all you do in practice and then this breaks you down :/ don't know how I'd get over the nerves - it's mainly shaking. Well done for passing! So much effort but I bet you feel way more appreciative about it! Just want to move on and get further in my career! Hope I'm just over reacting but I felt like this last time and I failed so I won't be surprised if I do again! It's longer this time cause of christmas, such a joke! Z

I sat mine in October there for the third time and managed to pass. Just had to overcome the nerves. Yeah its just the little things and lots of practice on the tasks helps with that. try to keep calm as its all done now and the waiting for results is definatly the worst bit. Good luck

its just annoying isn't it! Small things! That happened with me the first time, I think it's old or rubbish blood that needs to be mixed really well cause I couldnt draw anything uP really either! This time I had sediments which is a simple task but for some reason, I had a large blob of urine on my slide which I thought would go everywhere, when in fact I couldn't even get any of it to fully move! I don't know what was in it, it just seemed gloopy! So I'm worried I failed that.. One of the other girls had the same problem. And the blood smears my hands We're going crazy so I couldn't do a nice smear to save my life!

As for the hip xray which usually goes well for me! That just messed up so much! so many of them :/ I think I got 6 right :( I'll probably be doing it again. Dreading It :(

I think most went ok, there were a few that went wrong though. I had the PCV task and for some reason the tube just wouldnt fill up for me. I don't even know why as I was doing it all correctly =/

Oh great! How did you feel about it? Where did you do it? Theres so many areas I messed up I'm so gutted - especially my blood smear and urine sediment - literally because my hands were shaking so much.. I don't know if they take that into account :( I don't know..
