Just posting to sound off to you if that's ok and to help me towards a decision.
Ive been at my practice nearly 3 years and I qualified this year (been a VCA 2 years before training). It's designed for newly qualified nurses looking to make the switch and you get loads of training and support so you aren't just in the deep end straight off.

RE: Time to move on?

It's always scary moving somewhere new but if your not getting the opportunity to nurse very often then I think it's the right thing to do. ECC is very different but I love it!

Just remember that you can always keep in touch with your colleagues! And if you leave on good terms, there's always a chance they'll take you back (if you wanted) if things don't work out!

Don't stay someplace you don't feel fulfilled.
