Hi, Yes both have volume control but under CE regulations you cant turn it off. Hope this helps

The both the VET-PRO and NIKI V4 are very good pumps, the VET-PRO has more functions therefore making it slightly more expensive. We currently have both on offer here is the link to our web catalogue where you can find more information on them. http://www.jakmarketing.co.uk/infusion

Really not sure about costs but I highly recommend the Vetpro one. It's small and compact so doesn't take up much room on the kennel door and allows really accurate administration in small patients as it does decimal points. I also quite like the Niki V4 which I think is cheaper than the Vetpro.
