&lt;p&gt;I sat mind in Oct and they give you the weight, meals and diet required then you just choose the diet on the sheet of paper, find weight and then divide that by however many meals.&lt;/p&gt;

Unless they have changed again you shouldn&amp;#39;t need to remember the calculation :D&lt;/p&gt;&lt;div style="clear:both;"&gt;&lt;/div&gt;</description></item></channel></rss>
