Right so we are looking for something to go on our kennels that we can put hospital charts on, but we don't want to obstruct view of the patient. I was saying that like hard clear plastic thingys would be good

RE: Charts for cages - title doesn't do post justice

We got ours from royal canin, pretty sure they were a freebie!
http://www.amazon.co.uk/Tiger-Clipboard-Assorted-Tinted-Colours/dp/B00BBT8V14/ref=sr_1_7?ie=UTF8&qid=1447315432&sr=8-7&keywords=clipboard+clear

Also in terms off the slip, we have just printed off some hand made cards with Name, Prodeduce and any extras and then laminated the sheet, we the hole punched them used some tie and attached it to the kennel. You can then use surgical spirit to clean the card after. Put this in the very top corner and you can still see what is going on in the kennel.

Not sure if that is what meant, but this works well for the practice I work at.

RE: Charts for cages - title doesn't do post justice

I know exactly what you mean and where you can get it - take a look on ebay under greenhouse glazing, you may even find the size you want ready cut. Have used this myself for exactly the same thing (tip - dont let anybody use surgical spirit on it to clean - dry wipe pens work perfectly well). Also makes a great O2 kennel if you cut a piece to kennel door size and use u-clips to attach to wire on kennel door, making sure that you have a bit of a gap at the top of the door, just drill the holes to connect a circuit and it works well, You can rig up an O2 kennel really quickly when you need it and when you have finished just pop off the plastic and its a normal kennel again

if you are feeling handy with the drill get some of these as well

https://www.google.co.uk/webhp?sourceid=chrome-instant&ion=1&espv=2&ie=UTF-8#q=feeding+bowls+for+bird+cages&tbm=shop&spd=17401477770354817484

drill a couple of holes in the plastic sheet - take the wires out of these and then using a couple of small screws attach the cups to the bottom of you sheet and you have a meds holder as well on the bottom of your hospital sheet. (I used tie wraps to attach hospital sheet to kennel door)

Thinly cut plexiglass written on with grease pencil and thin black tape to divide the areas on it. Would need to be made by yourself but that way you could still see through it.
