It is crazy that it takes that long with the technology we have, all info being available at the click of a mouse!

great, thank you for the advise. My college already has my record of training with all my hours filled out, so hopefully this will quicken up the process.

If you have filled out all your bit on the record of training then the college will need to fill out their bit. They will send the record back to you once they have received your certificate from the awarding body. The RCVS will then send you the application form and ask for payment. You need to send this all off with your training hours record. Be aware though that this can all take some time -I got my results 17th August and am still not on the register!

you have to make sure your record of training with your hours is all signed by your college. A registration pack should come to your home address once college has informed them you have passed. You send your hours sheet and all relevant stuff off to the rcvs then once they process your registration documents you are then put on the register of nurses
