I am also a new clinical coach and got my log in a couple of weeks ago. So far we have quick started the tasks that i know she is competent in e.g VN 1 booking appointments, answering the telephone, stuff like that. We then sat down in our student meeting (supposed to be held at least every 2 weeks) and planned what activities we could open up in relation to the coming weeks operations, for example had a dog in for ultrasound of bladder and urinalysis, opened task and demonstrated to student how to perform urinalysis, that way next time we get a urine sample in for analysis she can demo it back to me and then start to log experience.

Hope this is the right way to do things, guess i will soon find out if i am doing it wrong.

Good luck
