nope! In my experience it's very slow and not user friendly at all! Best ones I've used are Jupiter and robovet

I really like Jupiter, as someone already said it's really user friendly and I've found it runs really well.

I'm currently using Tristan which I've now used in 2 clinics and seem to have the same problems with slowness and crashes ALOT!

There's also another one called Vet IT which, although very simple, is really user friendly and I don't remember having problems with. I think it might be one of the cheaper veterinary computer systems out there but depends what your looking for

I've used Jupiter in the past and it was great, very user friendly, looks good, and doesn't need too much digging to find the option you're looking for.

I currently use Spectrum, which is also really nice. Very basic design, but really simple to use and again everything is very out in the open - no digging through 8 menus to find an 'edit note' option!

we use teleos which I get on with very well and it has good tech support on the rare occasions we run into problems Jupiter I have used in the past and I liked that too. I hated Rx works when I have used it and tech support took an age to get back to us when we had problems

it may actually be worth thinking about whom your suppliers are, as many now have their own systems that work in conjunction with ordering.

Incidentally, Kim - RxWorks can be fast and stable, a lot of it is down to how good your hardware is; if you're running old kit with slow internet you will have issues.

Jupiter - love it, really simply and easy to use. And can do so much with it.

I have heard RoboVer is also very good.

rx works

very slow, a million clicks to add anything onto an account to sell it to someone, crashes alot.

maybe it isnt bad compares to others but i have only ever used rx works and i cant believe there isnt something more user friendly and that doesnt freeze / crash alot.

How do you find it?

Does it suit your needs?

Our practice recently got Assisi. It's very simple

practice point also put on touch screen computers for reception so it's so easy for us to check people in when they come in for an appointment
