Hello.

I'm a head nurse, been in same practice for 18 years. Moved to the IVC way of things in September. They actively encourage the fundamentals to be the same, help out where it's screaming for help and offer support to the entire team. No problems as yet. We had to leave Henry Schein and change to Centaur which has been "different"

What would you like to know?

Hey, I worked for one of their big referral hospitals (the main one that founded IVC) a couple of years ago and loved it, and have just returned as Head Nurse in the midlands. Excellent discounts lol! I like that the support is there but on the whole practices are left to be their own bosses etc and retain autonomy xx

We transferred to them in March, we've had a few changes, mainly wholesaler and outside laboratory. Just waiting for a new computer system. We still feel like the same practice though.
