 Dose rate- 10mg/kg 
 Drug- 20mg/ml 
 BW- 5kg 
 
 10mg x 5kg = 50MG

&lt;p&gt;as in. the patient will require the 50mg of product.&amp;nbsp;&amp;nbsp;&amp;nbsp; as the strength of the item is 20 mg per mil.the patient will require 50 mg / 20 which gives 2.5ml of product.&lt;/p&gt;
