 At my practice we do one on call a week (onsite) 
 Our weekends are Friday late shift- starting at 1030am, till Monday morning, finishing at 1pm. I am pretty sure that if you are required to be &amp;#39;on site&amp;#39; whether asleep or working you have to be paid minimum wage for every hour.
