this would relate to a previous post, where RVN's are leaving the physically practicing side of the industry. This would be due to the over worked under paid situation. non respected and only there to clean kennels and restrain for examination etc.

Most of us are looking further afield working for pharmaceutical companies as TM or other roles that require a RVN status and industry experience, such as personal position with my employer,

seems to be the case everywhere! i know many practices that have been struggling to find nurses for many months, even locums are in short supply.

I used to live in NI, shame I moved as I've got the exotics cert and loved working with them!
