I'm finding things a bit difficult at work at the moment and am considering leaving my position.

I have lots of practices who would love to have a new Veterinary Nurse who care for their clients more than office politics! As your peers have said, maybe it is time to move on, it seems that you have an excellent work ethic that isn't shared by your current colleagues. I am always here to assist, if you would like a confidential chat please feel free to contact me but otherwise I wish you the very best of luck!

Sometimes it is good just to know that other people have been in the same situation. I've waited for things to get better for years now and have also turned down job offers- I don't regret staying, at the time I honestly thought that I could help.

It is definitely time to leave though, I guess I just don't know whether to have one last attempt at getting across how bad things are or to just cash in my chips and walk :(

Time to look to the future :)

Thanks again x

RE: life at work :(

I was in same position as you. Sometimes that battle is worth it and sometimes - well the victory comes at too high a price, and sometimes the battle isn't yours to fight but somebody elses.
