Congratulations first of all!

What I always remind my Vets and Nurses is that interviews are a two way thing, rather than thinking that it is all about you as the candidate being quizzed!

That is not to say that you are quizzing the interviewer either, more that you are very interested in the practice/current staff team and not just the role. There is nothing worse for an interviewer when asking 'do you have any questions for us?' and the candidate replying with 'no'!

Otherwise, the usual smart, appropriate attire, smile and open body language are always a must!

Enjoy it and the best of luck!

RE: Interview Help !

Thank you Nicky ! I've been doing a great deal of researching at the moment :) Thank you for the tips.. i will let you know how I get on with it!

Thanks Again

RE: Interview Help !

Good luck. Do a bit of research about the practice - if they have a website have a look at it as shows your interested. Also go smartly dressed but sensible - no false nails or over the top make up. Have a couple of questions to ask them - maybe which college they use, and how many clinical coaches they have - shows your commitment to the training. Let us know how you get on :)

RE: Interview Help !

Thank you ! I was asked questions about my experience with animals and customer care. How I would handle difficult situations, where I see myself in 5-10 years, what I thought the job entailed, what I would potentially dislike. Strengths and weaknesses. I could go on. My pointers would be just be yourself as honesty is the best policy, no point pretending to be someone who you're not. Be smiley, ask questions when they give you a tour of the place - shows that you're interested. Good luck and let us know how it goes :)
