I think we're getting closer to the solution. Have identified that the issue seems to affect desktop safari and firefox (and strangely not my account, which is why I didn't see it before this), and it seems to be affecting a module we had customised for this site, which I have now replaced with the original module which I think is working across all browsers.

I'm now trying to get the customised version fixed, but meantime, would be a help if you could have a look again in firefox or safari and let me know if your messages are displayed.

Ah, I see, seems to be affecting others too. Will take up with techies asap, and let you know when problem fixed. It's not affecting my account, so I suspect it's a configuration setting that has changed.

im on iOS 8.4. I'll just use my laptop to read it. I've never had an issue before,it's very strange

Strange, when you click the title of the message on the lhs, it shouldn't reload the whole page, just load the content of that message into the hrs of the page. And then you flick from one message to the next.

Works on my iPad, but perhaps you are using an older version. Could also be a slow connection (ie the page has loaded, but not the underlying messages, and you need to wait a moment or two longer?)

For me to take this up with the techies, we'd need to be able to replicate the problem. For that I'd need to know exactly what version of IOS you are using.

Meantime, can only suggest you login on a different device/computer and access that way.

Anyone else having this issue?

when I get to the page that you sent me the link to it has my messages on the left hand side so I click on the unread one and the page reloads but there is no message visible. I'm not sure what I'm doing wrong! could it be an iPad thing?

Hi,

Hard to know what the problem might be without more precise info. Which link are you clicking? The one in the email? Are you navigating to this page? http://www.vetnurse.co.uk/user/conversations/. Then you need to click the title of the message you want to read on the left hand side.
