nurses move around all the time - my shortest job in a single place 4 days (yes I really could make up my mind that quick, and knowing a lot more about the practice now somebody up there was looking out for me - I definitely dodged a bullet with that one!) and so far my longest nearly 11yrs. People stay where they are happiest and if a job doesn't give you what you need then your choices are put up with it, try and change the way you work, or change your job. Its really not worth being miserable everyday at work, its bad for your health.

I know I keep pushing making a list but I find that it really helps (I use it a lot with therapy)

try making yourself some of lists of the things 1) what you want from a job and 2) what you have now and 3) what you can do to make your ideal happen.

You say your boss is stressy - have you tried seeing if there is anything you can do to help her be less stressy - it could benefit you both in the longterm.
