&lt;p&gt;I think the biggest shocks when I started were having to step back and teach the vet students the procedures we do as second nature (their common sense seems to vanish ;) ) and the complexity of the cases as we are a referral hospital as well, we only see cats and dogs and no first opinion cases - these are seen at our sister hospital....feel free to PM me if you want&lt;/p&gt;&lt;div style="clear:both;"&gt;&lt;/div&gt;</description></item></channel></rss>
