Have a look into Locumming whilst you look for the perfect job, I locummed for 2 years after qualifing and learnt so much from other practices. I used Recruit4Vets and they were really helpful finding me locum jobs, most were long(ish) term, from about 5weeks-9months but you can do short term too!

Considering your going to (or most of us have to at least) spend a large percentage of your lifespan in employment, in my opinion it is really important your doing it somewhere you like and you are happy. I've decided after 11 happy (ish) years im no longer happy where I am now and have decided to move somewhere that feels right for me.

Comtemplate your options, but above many things, make sure you'll be happy because your a longtime dead.

I think if ur heart isn't in it I think it would be unfair to yourself and the practice to accept the job they may have other candidates they interviewed that would want to start now and not leave in a few months
