(i think there is a condensed version if you go straight into the diploma).&nbsp; have seen some nurses class it as suitable for newly qualifieds, and i agree it is, but&nbsp;I don&#39;t think it is limited to that. I&#39;ve been nursing for 10yrs and find it really good, and one of my assessors is currently doing it and enjoying it too!</p> <p>x</p><div style="clear:both;"></div>
