&lt;p&gt;I&amp;#39;m currently doing the Cert - I am finding this plenty in depth and the recommend doing this first before the Diploma anyway. (i think there is a condensed version if you go straight into the diploma).&amp;nbsp; have seen some nurses class it as suitable for newly qualifieds, and i agree it is, but&amp;nbsp;I don&amp;#39;t think it is limited to that. I&amp;#39;ve been nursing for 10yrs and find it really good, and one of my assessors is currently doing it and enjoying it too!&lt;/p&gt;
