Thanks for your replies, the CAW are coming to see us within the next couple of weeks, and have said they will let us know which books to get. We are definitely ordering the bible (BSAVA textbook)!

We've just become a training practice with The college of animal welfare. We needed to get: Clinical procedures in veterinary nursing by Victoria Aspinall, and BSAVA Textbook of veterinary nursing. I just googled them and bought the cheapest I could find on the internet.

Anything BSAVA is usually very useful. Ethics (Grey and Pullen). Anything anatomical, oh and something equine.

A list of text for the awarding body you choose, e.g C&G L3 Dip VN will be on their website.

Why not ask the training provider what they recommend?
