To me green is the colour of nurses. Has been always will be. As long as you have everyone in the same colour then I don't see what difference it makes. Just make sure your clients are aware. Have aboard in reception with all the different uniform colours and who wears what. Where I work vets wear blue. Nurses in green. ANA burgundy. Receptionists black.

We have just changed to wearing navy blue scrubs - SO much more comfortable than the black trousers we use to wear with either navy blue tunic (scrub top in summer) or practice polo shirt. Our groomers and receptionists told us we look more professional in the scrubs.

We only have 1 student nurse and she wears the same as the qualifieds. Our badges tell us apart.

we wear navy either top and trousers or in my case a dress - we all wear the same, no distinction between vn or vca but to me it makes no difference we all do the same job
