&lt;p&gt;Perhaps ask her to describe how she would react to a common situation in your practice - one that might not be in the strict job description, but something that you might expect someone to pitch in with.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/p&gt;

Make sure you get them to relax from the start, that way you will get much more honest answers, start with something like &amp;quot; tell me about your favourite holiday&amp;quot; .
