&lt;p&gt;Why dont you find someone in the practice that you find is approachable and ask for their help/advice during quiet periods. They can update you on how that practice likes to run, how to operate specific machines, refresh you on animal handling and what may have changed since you&amp;#39;ve been out of practice. Never be afraid to ask for help, its much more scary trying to battle it alone.&lt;/p&gt;
