So I'm pretty new to the whole clinical coaching and have recently taken on 4 Students!
Any tips would be much appreciated! We hardly ever see exotics in practice and are therefore struggling to gain experience. We see a lot of rabbits and ferrets, the odd bird and reptile so was able to cover it.
Do you have any clients that own an exotic that they would be willing to bring in to help your students out? If you email college they are normally quite helpful and there are always ways of getting round things. We have a lecturer that keeps exotics and she brought her snakes into college for students to do some of their NPL with. Good luck with 4 students!
