 We have a brand new GA machine &amp;amp; when testing today the bobbin in the flow meter did not budge one bit. &lt;p&gt;I can&amp;#39;t think of any reason you would want to NOT know how much O2 you were pouring out of the machine so really can&amp;#39;t think that this could be a feature of the unit....?&lt;/p&gt;
