 I know im probably over-reacting but im quite worried about my poochie and just wanted some advice. I have a 1 year old neutered male collie cross shepherd (Rocky). Sunday he was sick approx 8 times. He had in incision &amp;nbsp;in another section to relieve tension of the strands of fabric that were caught. &amp;nbsp;Then an incision was made in his stomach to remove the start of the foreign &amp;nbsp;body which consisted of fabric, plastic and sponge. The material had wrapped around the plastic causing the whole horrible situation. He came out of surgery and is awake but groggy. Vital signs all normal at present. Transferring him to an ooh as we don&amp;#39;t do our own. All I can do now is hope and pray but I&amp;#39;m fully aware it&amp;#39;s touch and go. My poor dog had it last Xmas I was so worried as she originally presented with only vomiting and couldn&amp;#39;t keep water down. It just takes some time for them to get over it. Metronidazole, Zantac, antepsin and cerenia were enough for her. Check potassium he may need this supplemented if it&amp;#39;s low, poss try omeprazole.
