 Out of interest where do/ how do other practices record Batch numbers for medications?

&lt;p&gt;Our batch nos are automatically imported from the supplier straight into our PMS. I manually check that the batch numbers match with what&amp;#39;s on the goods received. Then the PMS is set-up to ask you which batch number belongs to the meds being dispensed for certain products (mostly vaccs and farm drugs, but I would prefer to have batch nos logged for every item dispensed in case anything&amp;#39;s ever recalled).
