I&amp;#39;d also say, pick a nice hotel that&amp;#39;s as near to the venue as possible. There are some really crummy ones in Birmingham in not so nice areas. \&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;Don&amp;#39;t miss out on the food that&amp;#39;s provided as it helps with costs (you&amp;#39;ll get tickets for this in your pack on arrival).&amp;nbsp;&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;Mix in with people and hang out with the&amp;nbsp;rowdiest crowd, they&amp;#39;re usually off on a night out somewhere!&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;Do as many competitions as you can - you never know what you could win!&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;Beyond all of this - have FUN and be safe.&lt;/p&gt;

Make a list of the trade stands you definitely want to visit and go to them first and then anything else is a bonus.
