If you're having very serious concerns (which I guess you are as you've posted here) then approach the RCVS...

http://findavet.rcvs.org.uk/concerns/i-want-to-raise-a-concern-about-a-veterinary-surgeon/what-you-need-to-know-first/

Sometimes the person concerned is having difficulties outside of work or is so isolated and feels they just have to struggle on/cannot possibly share what's going on (and thinks no one notices...) then a friendly approach/shoulder is all that is needed to start the healing process. Perhaps consider leaving information for them to contact someone in confidence? Or contacting the organisations yourself and explain what's going on and take advice from them what to do?

http://www.vetlife.org.uk/about-us/vet-helpline

Hope you can get it sorted out so no one (and no animal) comes out of it injured, physically or mentally.

Good luck, take care of yourself and keep in touch on here (PM me if you wish to).
