hi, Mark is your guy for cpd for practice management, if it were me I would have both titles on your badge or you could just have Practice Manager and then have RVN after your name. good luck in your new role, I hope it works for you!

Certainly there's cheap and free stuff out there, but you do get what you pay for. Happy to help out where I can, but you're better off paying for something in-depth. Vet nursing isn't something you picked up with a few free webinars, and management (despite what Dilbert comics say) is harder to get right than wrong.
