We are looking to change our rota as we now have a second vet operating. There is currently myself HN, one nearly qualified nurse and one VNA (early stages of course). Myself and the nurse work a shift pattern of early then late being 8-5pm

RE: Rota Help!

Hmmmm trick one, i would probably ditch the morning nurse clinics, have early nurse stay as they are and 2 nd nurse do 9-5 then vna stay the same so your 2nd vet can start operating withthe 2nd nurse, alternativley get a 3rd nurse if the poewers that be want to keep the morning nurse consults.. i know, rotas arethe bain of my life but dont rush any decisions and ask others for thier oppinion then come up with a solution. good luck!!
