What type of dental scaler do you currently use in practice. We had the IM3 42/12 which has now died so looking to replace but Kruuse can no longer supply these can only source directly from IM3. Would appreciate your opinions on what you find

RE: Dental Scaler

We use the Burtons scaler which is fab, the actual dental machine from Burtons (drill etc.) is a total pain however, and it's quite prone to having a tantrum when you need it most!

Sadly the iM3 42-12 is the best scaler going at the moment. We also use this but often have a few problems. What problems were you encountering? I think one of the main problems is where the switch on the handle is!
