We have it. I have never used any other system but I'm sure there are more out there. It does seem bulky for what you need and we rarely used half the stuff in it. It is also extremely slow. That could also be due to our server but it seems to take the mick some days with its speed.

I used it in a previous practice and hated it, found it really complicated and not very logical. this may have just been me though. I like systems to be nice and straight forward

Thanks for your reply ladies :-) We had the rep come and show us a demo of the system and it does look much more comprehensive than what we are currently using, and I do see what you mean, when you say 'there is a lot to look at', although I feel this system will enable us to work more efficiently - touch wood we won't need to contact their tech support

I have used it in the past at a couple of previous practices- you could do a lot better. For me it yes maybe it did more than some of the others but how much of that was really needed? I didn't like having to to go around the houses to get to where I needed to be. Would also say that I wasnt a fan of their tech support either. Don't know if it was because we were corporate or they treat everybody the same way but if the system was down or we had a problem I didnt need a solution the next day or the day after. For ease of use and tech support I would go for teleos as a 1st choice or jupiter as a 2nd

I've used it for the past 3 years, and at times its great, other times I hate it! Theres lots to it, to be honest we don't use about 90% of what could be used as it would get too confusing, there is a lot to it if that makes sense? I personally think it can be time consuming when it doesn't need to be, for example I always get annoyed when consulting and I want to save it for whatever reason, always seems to take ages. Suppose it depends what you are used to lol :)
