Did the survey a week ago a really interesting topic to go with, I must admit the questions made me think a lot about how you feel in general daily practice and how you come home feeling at night, it can be very difficult sometimes and is much more mentally challenging than people out of the Veterinary world imagine.

This is something I'm very interested in and hope to see more practices making inroads into having on site help available for nurses struggling with life. I'm currently training in compassion fatigue techniques and hope to be able to offer help to practices on an ad hoc basis in the future.
