so sorry to hear about your problems.

Maybe talking to a counsellor about it may help? I know it seems extreme, but family therapists are very good at giving you advice about how to express your self and how to comunicate to people who don't always listen!! Also talking to someone outside of the situation can help too! (a bit like you've done already really!!!)

good luck with evrything.

lots of love

Can you try having a chat to both of them or how about writing a wee letter to both of them - seperate letters explaining exactly how they are making you feel!Maybe this would make them take note as they would have to read it rather than listen. Its also sometimes easier to put your feelings down in writing and then you get to say exactly what you want to say rather than be interupted by the - well try living my life!Hope things get better.xx

Re: generally f**ked off!!

thanks ST i think i may have to, i just hope she doesnt take it the wrong way as she does have a habit of this or it will become a case of "well you think your life is bad, try living mine..." for f*ks sake comes to mind as i am!!!

I am glad your work is going well, at least that is keeping you happy.

Do you think you can have a chat with your mum when your dad is not there and point out how you feel when she does this.... maybe a wee mum and daughter heart to heart is in order. I know if I was making my daughter feel this way and she told me ina calm chat then I would definitely sit up and take notice.

Hope all goes well, hugs from me
