Yes has been reported to college and rcvs. They can find no explanation unless my account was hacked.

I would report this to your college to check that there are no issues with Skillwise at present. The Quick Start should still have a name against it, is it still your name that is showing? Items should never just disappear, but deleted items have a line put through them, once a comment is on (and saved) then it can't be removed.

Its happened with 2 of my students now!! Its prob easy to miss if you have lots open and dependant what the tasks are. Maybe im not alone after all :)

My student has had the same thing happen with her NPL too. Some things she logged just some how got deleted

When I was completing my npl I would find that items I had logged as experiences would disapeer! A few others from my class notices this too.

I haven't noticed that on any of my students NPL. It hasn't been showing the units the students have been working on but bar that its been OK. (If you can say that about the NPL!!).
