I would like some advice on what to do from anyone who can help.
Vet 1 - past retirement age, no clue what to do with most animals he sees. Sends most to other vets/referral centres

Re: Advice on reporting vets to RCVS

Hope you have the courage and back-up from others to follow this through - I can't imagine it is easy. However, good on you for acting as it sounds like animal welfare is being compromised. I would like to think you would be able to approach your bosses to air your concerns - and sort them out directly - but it sounds like things might be too bad already for you to be able to do that. Good luck.

Just to remind you - your profile isn't anonymous - are you happy for workmates etc seeing your post? There is nothing to stop your bosses or their clients registering on this site either, even anonymously. Just be careful.

Re: Advice on reporting vets to RCVS

Contact the legal department at RCVS they will advise you of protocol to follow. pvt conversation sent with some other info on.
