They look fantastic on paper but they just dont interview well (and I was already aware of this when I agreed to help). Do any of the colleges teach interview technique at all as part of the course?&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;We haven&amp;#39;t had any issues with degree nurses finding jobs. The practices we speak to are still desperate to fins more RVNs!&lt;/p&gt;

This usually (for the small animal pathway) means that the task is equine related, which for SA, the student can choose not to undertake.
