They have a leaflet 'who will look after me when you are gone?'

I dont know about cats I'm afraid, maybe Cats Protection do something?

I know of a horse/donkey/pony charity - Bransby Home of Rest for Horses, may be worth contacting them to ask also.

Re: wills and pets

I have a will ( wrote it when I was about 20) but it is no longer applicable due to both beneficianies being now dead, so I need to rewrite it but I am waiting until I have sorted out my life and moved house.(I know a should do it sooner but I need to think who should be the beneficiaries). I have a notice on my pin board as to who to contact in a emergency (a family friend) but I also need to think about who would take care of my 4 cats in the long term if I died, any ideas/ recomendations would be appreciated.
