From experience they most likely have no ideas about your concerns. &amp;#39;&lt;span&gt;Some days its hard as it is to find jobs. &amp;#39; - That is worrying indeed, is their no clinics you could start up? Additional qualifications you could use to benefit the practice? What about writing a practice newsletter (drug companies can cover the costs).
