&lt;p&gt;Agreed re: floating position. That is how I interpreted it too. With the salary they are paying and perks of being employed, I would imagine it is close to the cost of paying a locum. I would think it is designed to improve clinic standards as a vets now employee will be more committed to and know the systems, protocols, etc better than a series of random locums.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/p&gt;
