Have you tried to contact VN times them selves? they will often send you a copy of the article you need

I remember reading this too! I think it was the VN times, were the animals stitched conscious? I found this article heart breaking but I understand training varies around the world. It was the part about the strays who were constatly put under GA for the students to practice on :( not a great life to life for the poor wee things but I spose it's not much better on the street.

Just wanted to give the article to my students to make them have a think about anaesthesia and analgesia in different cultures

May have had something to do with Animals Asia's outreach work in Chinese vet schools as my Vet used to be their resident vet and has told me the same? What do you need to know?
